What we collect

Your name and mobile number.

The people you invite, and the care notes and schedules you agree to save.

Your texts with Looplight, so the conversation can continue where it left off.

If you link a mailbox, the sender and subject lines of care mail - pharmacy refills, appointments, and messages from a clinic or provider. We do not read the body of your mail.

If you link a health record, the parts you approve - like medications, conditions, appointments, and allergies. The health system shows you exactly what you are sharing before you say yes.

How we use it

Only to run Looplight for you and for the family members you invite.

A mail summary stays a draft until you save it. Nothing is sent on its own.

What we never do

We never sell email or any other data.

We never use it for advertising.

We never use it to train models.

Who holds it

The app runs on Google Cloud and Firebase.

Texts to and from your phone travel through a text messaging provider.

Summaries are written with an AI provider.

Those companies process the data only so the app can work for you.

How your safe is kept

Login labels and usernames are stored so you can read them. Passwords and notes are encrypted before they are saved.

How mailbox keys are kept

The key to a linked mailbox is encrypted before it is saved.

It is not kept in a form that can be read on its own.

How you disconnect or delete

Open Your email and tap Stop using this Gmail, Stop using this Outlook, or Stop using this Yahoo or AOL mail.

Open What Looplight knows and tap Delete this note to remove a saved note.

To unlink a health record or remove what came from it, email us. We will remove it.

To delete your account and the data with it, email us. We will remove it.

Looplight is for adults 18 and older.
